Scope of Delivery
DOCK URBAN SDN. BHD. currently offers shipping within Malaysia only. At this time, we do not support international shipping. We aim to serve customers across Peninsular Malaysia and East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak) with equal efficiency and reliability.
Shipping Charges
We are proud to offer FREE shipping on all orders.
There are no additional delivery fees or hidden charges—what you see at checkout is the final price.
Delivery Timeline
We strive to deliver your order within 7 business days from the date your Order is confirmed.
Delivery timeframes may vary slightly depending on factors such as:

- Delivery location (urban vs rural)
- Courier capacity and scheduling
- Public holidays or unforeseen events
Should there be any delay, you will be notified promptly via email or phone.
Order Processing
All Orders are processed during our standard business hours:
Monday to Friday – 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (excluding public holidays)
Orders placed after business hours or during weekends will be processed on the next business day.
Once your Order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking details (if applicable), estimated delivery date, and delivery contact information.
Delivery Method
We partner with trusted third-party logistics and courier services to ensure safe and reliable delivery of all Goods. Delivery includes transportation to your specified address, and in some cases may include basic assembly or placement, depending on the product and service availability in your area.
For high-volume or heavy furniture orders, our delivery team may contact you in advance to arrange the most suitable delivery time.
Delivery Address Accuracy
Please ensure that all delivery information provided at checkout is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delivery issues or delays arising from:
- Incorrect or incomplete address information
- Inaccessible delivery locations
- Absence of recipient at the delivery address
If a delivery is returned due to such issues, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional fees may apply for multiple failed delivery attempts.
Failed Delivery Attempts
In the event that delivery cannot be completed due to recipient unavailability or access restrictions, our team or delivery partner will attempt to contact you for rescheduling.
If repeated delivery attempts fail, we may consider the Order undeliverable and initiate a return-to-sender process. Refunds will be processed accordingly, excluding costs incurred for return logistics.
Damaged or Missing Items
If you receive your order and find that it is damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt by emailing dockurban@outlook.com with your Order number and supporting photos (if applicable). We will work quickly to resolve the issue to your satisfaction.
