Return Policy

Customers may return items within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery. Items must be in their original condition and packaging to be eligible for a return.

  • Full Name
  • Order Number
  • Reason for Return
  • Photo of the Item (if applicable)

Once we receive your request, our customer service team will respond within 2 business days with further instructions. Returned items must be sent back only after you receive confirmation from our team.

Refund Policy

After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. The exact time frame may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Refunds will be issued only for items returned in proper condition and in accordance with this policy.

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement. To request a cancellation, email us at dockurban@outlook.com with your order number and contact details.

If your order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible. In such cases, you may proceed with a return after receiving the item.

If your cancellation request is approved within the 12-hour window, a full refund will be issued within 5 to 10 business days.
